2023 Wedding Package

 Ideal for couples who want to get very involved in the planning and decorating of their wedding. 

• Bluestone Meadow provides the following for your wedding day.
  
  - Use of one ceremony site-  Lawn or Woods
  - Event Tent with lights and generator.  This is a shade cover only.  It is not water proof.
  Parking
  - Executive bathrooms and ADA bathroom
  - Bridal party is responsible for set up and clean-up of all decoration
  - Use of stock of wedding decorations/equipment while at farm including train, chandeliers, church windows, shepherd’s hooks, wine barrels etc.
  - Use of available tables and chairs
  - Use of 1931 Model A Roadster (while on property)
  - Set up of tables and chairs at ceremony and reception sites
  - Set up of clients decorations and catering can be started two days prior to the wedding (Thursday for a Saturday wedding)
  - Clean up can be completed as late as two days after wedding (Monday for a Saturday wedding)
  - Music can be played until 10:00 PM.  Guests should be off farm by 11:00 PM
  - Bride’s room and use of living area of main house for preparation
  - Use of barn for additional preparation area (frequently for the groom’s party)
  - Large freezer for ice and the option to purchase ice
  

Vendors- Couples can work with any caterer, baker and florist etc. that they choose.  Bluestone Meadow has worked with many vendors and can provide suggestions if you need assistance in finding the right vendor.

Weddings

Bluestone Meadow offers a beautiful setting for weddings and receptions that can go from casual to sophisticated.

We offer two ceremony sites that offer two very distinct settings.  Each ceremony site can accommodate up to 175 guests and wedding party.

Lawn-  Offers views of valley and hillside. 
Deck-  Offers secluded setting set in the midst of the pines

Receptions are held under a very large event tent (40’ x 60’) that can accommodate 175 people.  This tent sits on a concrete pad and is lit by market lights to allow for day time or evening receptions.

A dance floor is available to be used adjacent to the event tent and is also lit by market lights surrounding the floor.

Brides have access to a fully equipped bride’s room in the main house.  In addition to the bride’s room, the bridal party can use the entire downstairs of the main house for preparation. 

Grooms can get ready in the barn which is equipped with a bathroom and refrigerator providing them with their own space prior to the wedding.
